I am David Rubio Mota, a software engineer based near Barcelona, and I have worked remotely since 2019. Tu Espacio de Trabajo is where I publish practical home office guides: chairs, desks, monitors, lighting, accessories and ergonomics for people who spend real workdays at a desk.

My perspective is practical rather than medical. I compare product specs, read buyer feedback, use my own setup as a reference point and explain clearly when a recommendation is based on direct experience versus research.
